Do you offer tracking for packages? +
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your spooky package on its journey.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? +
If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we’ve probably already started crafting or packaging your items.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery? +
Currently, we ship only — no local pickups yet (but who knows what potions the future holds?).
Do you take custom or personalized orders? +

Most of our items are handmade or hand-finished, especially engraved, macramé, or body care products. Some blanks are sourced, but we transform them into unique, gothic treasures.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery on most non-custom items. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll work to make it right — whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Can I return personalized or custom items? +
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on custom or personalized pieces unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How should I care for my engraved or handmade items? +
Gently clean engraved glass or metal items with a soft cloth; avoid abrasive scrubbing. Macramé pieces should be spot-cleaned. Always check product-specific care tips provided with your order.
Are your bath/body products safe for sensitive skin? +
Our products are made with skin-loving ingredients, but we recommend doing a patch test before full use. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
