Q: Do you have free shipping?
A: Yes, for orders over $75 in the US - Free international shipping for orders over $150

Q: Do you take custom requests?
A: Right now we are only able to customize mousepads. If you have a specific request for another product, reach out and we will let you know if we are able.

Q: Can I buy a different color for a shirt or hoodie than the one you offer?
A: Absolutely! Anything outside of our basic stock (black, gray, green, sand) is an additional $5 as it’s a custom order.

Q: Can we request certain items for the mystery boxes?
A: YES! We love when you tell us the things you like, but we can not promise we will have them in stock. We guarantee we will do our best to curate the box especially for you!

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: You have 7 days to return the item in exactly the same way you got it. The return label fee will come out of the refund and we only refund once we have received the item and verified it’s the same as when we sent it. Go HERE to read full refund policy.
