I honestly can't even tell what the "mess up" was supposed to be. This product is beautiful and fits by phone excellently. I do have to remove my case to use Tap to Pay or wireless charge... but the case is sturdy and doing it's job by protecting my phone.
I had dry skin on both elbows. Two showers with the body scrub took care of that issue. I have very sensitive skin and the scrub is very gentle. No issues. The room spray is amazing! Smells like a snowy walk in the woods. The room spray has helped improve my sleep. 10/10 will be shopping again

Very good quality. Ordered from this business a few times and everything i have received is great. The hoodie is nice and soft, good quality material. The only thing is that it runs a little small. Ordered a 3x and it fits more like a 2x.
